Innova Market Insights data indicates a significant 12% year-over-year increase in #foodandbeverage product launches featuring #goatmilk ingredients when comparing the years 2022 and 2023. The World Health Organization has warned that the ongoing spread of avian influenza poses a “significant #publichealth concern” and urged health authorities, especially in the US, to closely monitor infections in cows.
